Marlon Molmisa is a Filipino leadership speaker, corporate trainer, author, and talent manager who has been in the learning and talent development industry since 2012.He is the Founding President of Mzone Training Philippines, current Chairman and President of Azcend Leadership and Consulting Corporation, Chief Operating Officer of Molmisa Ventures Corporation, and the Founding Chairman of Elevaxion, Inc. He has pioneered several businesses in various industries such as retail, distribution, gas and oil, health and wellness, publishing, marketing, and construction. In 2010, he served as a member of the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Pasig Board of Regents.Marlon earned his Master's in Public Management (MPM) at the Ateneo de Manila University - School of Government.
He is the author of inspirational books: Ang Mahalaga Bumangon Ka and The Game Plan of the Underdog. He is also a licensed professional teacher who maximizes his purpose in training and public speaking.

Mzone Training is currently handling homegrown speakers and trainers with solid backgrounds in SEO, Information Technology, Real Estate, Pharmaceutical industry, Medical field, and Talent Development. In 2019, this million-earning company reported a 121% increase in sales compared to the previous calendar year.
2014-2017
Pioneered and developed several businesses (end-to-end) of a private firm called the BGM Marketing Corporation. Marlon generated sales and marketing ideas and implemented policies for its day-to-day operations. A few of many businesses that Marlon developed and handled through this private firm are the EC Gas Outlets of Eastern Petroleum, Mr. Quickie Branches, Thai Royale Spa, The Pink Washer Laundry, and more. Aside from these, Marlon was also able to help build its construction and publishing business.
2010-2011
Marlon spearheads the Elevaxion Inc. /pronounced as "elevation"/, a Christian non-profit organization registered under SEC that aims to gather servant leaders to mobilize community services for the marginalized and the poor. As of 2020, Elevaxion has three main advocacies, namely: LeadXinitiative (Youth Leadership Development), FeedX (Food for the Poor), and Xchool Project (Education).
2010-2011
Initiated four (4) approved resolutions regarding students' rights and privileges: (1) Voluntary purchasing of the university and college shirts; (2) Optional joining during non-academic related tours; (3) Permanently including the students' insurance in the University's budget rather than getting it from the students through the student council's budget, and (4) Making the student council officers as scholars of the university to encourage poor but potential students to engage in student leadership.
2010-2011
By God's grace, Marlon received a landslide vote from all colleges of his alma mater, Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Pasig. He was able to handle the concerns of more than 4,000 students in his time.
